Q: Hi, do I have to pay for my POs now? Cause the website is asking me to pay and show me QR code.
As stated in the guide, please ignore the QR code and simply close the window. Your preorder has already been successfully logged and is visible in your account at this point in time.
Q: I have made payment for previous order. and I did not get any allocation. can I get a refund?

According to our Terms & Conditions, TCG Order Guide, and Refund Policy, payment should not be made during the preorder stage. If payment was made despite repeated warnings, your request will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. By default, your payment will be converted into store credit. Upon request, we can process a refund via PayNow, subject to a 5–10% processing fee. Please refer to our website for the full policy details.
Q: may i know, do u guys accept credit payment for preorder items?
PayNow is our preferred payment method. Credit card payments are accepted; however, additional fees will apply.
Q: can I use CDC for payment?
Yes, you may do so. However, you will need to visit us in person to complete the payment within 3 days after receiving your allocation notification.

Q: How do I know my order is logged?
Please go to your account page, where you will find your order number and order details. If you see an order number in the format S-XXXXX-ES-ST, your preorder has been successfully logged into the system.
Q: can i just check once order placed (no payment made) = i have placed in a PO already. then after that is subject to allocation.

Yes, once you see the order number under your account, your order has been successfully logged.
Q: Hi just to confirm everything I preorder is only for allocation and the quantity does not matter right. Because I placed a pre order and I put a very large quantity which I can't afford all at once.
Please ensure that you place your orders responsibly. Abandoning or cancelling orders may result in a lower chance of receiving allocations in the future.
Q: Also am I allowed to place another preorder on top of this preorder?
Yes, you may place multiple preorders. However, please ensure that all orders belonging to the same product batch (e.g., ME05) are grouped accordingly.
Q: After I receive the invoice number, logged my preorder, what do I do next?
Please wait patiently for the allocation results. These will be shared via our WhatsApp bot approximately 7–30 days before the product release.

📍 Allocation & Collection

Q: I have made payment already can I collect next week as I am not in Singapore now.
We typically allow a one-month collection window. Please collect your items within this period. If you require an extension, kindly contact us separately. Otherwise, the items may be released for in-store sale, and your order will be cancelled with payment converted into store credit.
Q: when will you sell in store?
We will sell all remaining, uncollected, or cancelled TCG products in-store 1–2 months after the collection period. Please note that certain purchase restrictions may apply.
Q: Boss, may I know how you guys decide the allocations? For example: patron A purchase at 10:01pm through website and patron B purchase at the same timing through WhatsApp, the allocations give to who?
Please refer to the criteria outlined in the Guide. Order timing, based on the website order log, is one of the factors considered.
Q: I noticed that my order is cancelled. What does this mean?
Your order may be cancelled or adjusted based on the final allocation quantity. If an order is cancelled, it means that none of the items were allocated any quantity.

Q: I want 2 x booster boxes, that is 72 packs in total. Not 2 packs of boosters
If you are ordering "Pokemon TCG ME05 Boosters 36 CT Display", then 1 booster box = 1 display = 36 units. Based on this, 72 packs = 2 display boxes.
Q: if I order 2 case won't end up with 2packs again right? 😅
All orders are subject to allocation. There is no guarantee on any final quantity.
Q: Would the price change aka increase price after the product is released? would we pay for msrp still?
Our preorder pricing remains at MSRP. If you receive an allocation during the preorder phase, you will pay exactly at MSRP. For any restocked items sourced from third parties after release, prices may be adjusted based on the market rate.
Q: Hi boss, how much for the preorder for a case?
Please refer to the individual product listing page for the unit price. All preorder pricing is stated at MSRP. You may calculate the case price using the formula:

Q: Order in bulk got discount?
No, bulk discounts are not available.
