By accessing our rental services, you agree to comply with these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArchWizard.

Please read these Terms carefully before renting any Products from us. By proceeding with the rental process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not rent any Products from ArchWizard.

These Terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any changes. Continued use of our rental services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2. Definition

"ArchWizard," "we," "us," or "our" refers to ArchWizard, the provider of gaming-related equipment rental services.

"You," "your," or "customer" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our rental services and agreeing to these Terms.

"Products" refers to gaming-related equipment and accessories available for rent from ArchWizard, including but not limited to gaming consoles, VR headsets, controllers, gaming chairs, and related peripherals.

"Rental Period" refers to the duration for which you rent Products from ArchWizard, commencing from the date of rental confirmation until the return of the rented Products.

"Order Confirmation" refers to the acknowledgment sent by ArchWizard confirming the receipt and acceptance of your rental order, including details such as the rented Products, Rental Period, fees, and any additional terms.

"User Account" refers to the account created by you on the ArchWizard platform to access our rental services, manage rental orders, and track rental history.

"Fees" refers to the charges associated with renting Products from ArchWizard, including rental fees, security deposits, late fees, and any applicable taxes or surcharges.

"Damages" refers to any loss, damage, or deterioration to the rented Products during the Rental Period, beyond normal wear and tear, as determined by ArchWizard in its sole discretion.

"Residual Value" refers to the market price of the Product at the time of valuation, used to determine the customer's liability for damages not covered by Grover Care or exceeding the coverage limit.

"Services" refers to the rental services, customer support, and other related services provided by ArchWizard in connection with the rental of gaming-related equipment and accessories.

"Website" refers to the ArchWizard website, accessible at https://www.archwizard.tech OR https://shop.archwizard.tech, where customers can browse Products, place rental orders, and access account management tools.

"Terms" refers to these Rental Terms and Conditions governing the rental of Products from ArchWizard.

"Personal Information" refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual customer, including but not limited to name, contact details, billing information, and rental history.

"Dispute" refers to any disagreement, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the rental of Products, or the use of ArchWizard's services.

"Force Majeure Event" refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of ArchWizard, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, and supplier delays.

"Jurisdiction" refers to the Republic of Singapore, where ArchWizard is headquartered, and the applicable laws governing the rental of Products and resolution of disputes.

"Effective Date" refers to the date on which these Terms become legally binding upon the customer, upon acceptance of the rental order or commencement of rental services, whichever occurs first.


3. Scope of Agreement

By accessing or using the rental services provided by ArchWizard, you agree to be bound by these Rental Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArchWizard. These Terms govern your rental of gaming-related equipment and accessories ("Products") from ArchWizard and outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties.

These Terms apply to all rental transactions conducted through the ArchWizard website or any other platform operated by ArchWizard. By placing a rental order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you may not access or use our rental services.

These Terms may be supplemented by additional policies, guidelines, or terms specific to certain Products, services, or promotions offered by ArchWizard. Such additional terms will be provided to you at the time of rental or made available on our website. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any supplemental terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

ArchWizard reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the ArchWizard website. Your continued use of our rental services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates or changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ArchWizard regarding the rental of Products and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral, between the parties concerning the subject matter herein.


4. Rental Process 

4.1 Product Selection: To initiate the rental process, browse our website or app for rental information, then contact us at +6597169379 for booking and reservation.

4.2 Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of your rental order, you will receive an invoice via email, containing details of the Products rented, rental duration, rental fees, delivery schedule (if applicable), and other relevant information. Please review the order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if you identify any discrepancies.

4.3 Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date specified in your invoice under customer remarks, and continues for the duration selected ("Rental Period"). The Rental Period includes both the rental duration and any additional days required for product delivery and return shipping, as applicable.

4.4 Delivery and Pickup Options: ArchWizard offers various delivery and pickup options to accommodate your preferences and convenience. Depending on your location and availability, you may choose to have the rented Products delivered to your designated address or opt for in-store pickup at an ArchWizard location.

4.5 Product Inspection: Upon receipt of the rented Products, it is your responsibility to inspect the items for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Please notify us immediately if you identify any issues with the Products to avoid potential liability for damages incurred during the rental period. If you opt for self-collection, ArchWizard will assume that all items are carefully checked and accounted for if you do not voice any concerns during the collection process. For delivered items, any discrepancies must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the rented items to ensure prompt resolution and avoid any misunderstandings.

4.6 Product Usage: You agree to use the rented Products in accordance with their intended purpose and any accompanying user manuals or instructions provided by ArchWizard. Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications to the Products may result in additional charges or penalties, as outlined in these Terms.

4.7 Return Process: Upon the conclusion of the rental period, you are required to return all rented Products to ArchWizard in the same condition as they were received. This includes returning all packaging, covers, and accessories provided with the Products. For console rentals, it is imperative that ArchWizard's account remains intact and unmodified throughout the rental period. Any modifications or removal of ArchWizard's account may result in additional charges or fees. Additionally, you must remove your personal account from the console prior to returning it. ArchWizard will not be liable for any damages incurred to your personal account if it is not removed before return. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged and returned to ArchWizard's designated location or arranged for pickup as per our instructions. Failure to adhere to these return procedures may result in additional charges or penalties.

4.8 Product Return Inspection: Upon receiving the returned Products, ArchWizard will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all items are returned in the same condition as they were rented. Any missing accessories, excessive wear beyond normal usage, alterations, modifications, or damage to the Products, including the ArchWizard account on consoles, may result in additional charges or fees. It is imperative that all rented items are returned in their original condition to avoid any penalties or charges. Any discrepancies found during the inspection will be communicated to you, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the extent of the damage or alteration.

4.9 Rental Extension: If you wish to extend the Rental Period for any reason, please contact ArchWizard customer support at least 24 hours before the scheduled end date of your rental. Rental extensions are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

4.10 Cancellation Policy: Rental orders may be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, as detailed in Section 16. Please review the cancellation terms and conditions carefully before initiating a cancellation request.

4.11 Customer Support: For assistance with the rental process, product selection, delivery options, or any other inquiries, please contact ArchWizard customer support via email, phone, or whatsapp during business hours. Our dedicated support team is available to provide prompt assistance and address any concerns you may have throughout the rental experience.


5. Products and Services Offered

5.1 ArchWizard offers a comprehensive range of gaming-related products and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Our inventory includes, but is not limited to, gaming consoles, accessories, VR headsets, gaming chairs, and other peripherals.

5.2 We strive to provide high-quality products sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and distributors. Our services extend beyond product rental to include sales, distribution, wholesale, trade, and repair of gaming-related equipment.

5.3 Additionally, ArchWizard offers personalized assistance and technical support from our team of seasoned gaming experts to ensure that each customer finds the perfect products to enhance their gaming experience.

6. Rental Period

6.1 The Rental Period commences upon the receipt of the rented product(s) by the customer and continues for the duration specified in the rental agreement.

6.2 The duration of the Rental Period may vary depending on the type of product rented and the terms agreed upon at the time of rental.

6.3 Customers are responsible for returning the rented product(s) to ArchWizard at the end of the agreed-upon Rental Period. Failure to return the product(s) promptly may result in additional charges or fees as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

6.4 Extensions to the Rental Period may be granted upon request, subject to availability and approval by ArchWizard. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods.

6.5 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the rented product(s) are returned in good condition at the end of the Rental Period, as outlined in the Return Process section of these Terms and Conditions.


7. Rental Fees and Payment

7.1 Rental fees for the products and services offered by ArchWizard are determined based on the duration of the Rental Period, the type of product(s) rented, and any additional services requested by the customer.

7.2 Payment for the rental fees is due at the time of booking or rental commencement, as specified in the rental agreement.

7.3 Accepted methods of payment include paynow, bank transfer, cash, credit card, debit card, or any other payment method approved by ArchWizard.

7.4 All rental fees are non-refundable once the Rental Period has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement or as required by applicable law.

7.5 Customers are responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred during the Rental Period, including but not limited to late fees, damage fees, or fees for additional services requested.

7.6 ArchWizard reserves the right to charge a security deposit or pre-authorization on the customer's payment method to cover any potential damages or liabilities during the Rental Period.

7.7 In the event of late payment or non-payment of rental fees, ArchWizard reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the outstanding amount, including but not limited to debt collection and legal proceedings.

7.8 All fees and charges incurred in connection with the rental agreement, including any applicable taxes, shall be paid by the customer in accordance with the rates and terms specified in the rental agreement and these Terms and Conditions.


8. Security Deposit

8.1 ArchWizard require a security deposit from customers at the time of booking or rental commencement to cover any potential damages, loss, or liabilities during the Rental Period.

8.2 The amount of the security deposit will be determined based on the type and value of the rented products, as well as the duration of the Rental Period.

8.3 The security deposit will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable period after the end of the Rental Period, provided that the rented products are returned in good condition, with no damages or excessive wear beyond normal usage.

8.4 If any damages, loss, or liabilities are incurred during the Rental Period, ArchWizard reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit to cover the costs of repair, replacement, or other necessary actions.

8.5 Customers are responsible for any damages or losses that exceed the amount of the security deposit, and ArchWizard may pursue additional legal remedies to recover such costs.

8.6 The security deposit refund process may vary depending on the payment method used by the customer, and any applicable fees or charges for processing the refund will be deducted from the security deposit.


9. Delivery and Return

9.1 Delivery: ArchWizard offers delivery services for rented products to customers within the designated service area. Delivery charges may apply based on the distance and size of the order.

9.2 Delivery Schedule: Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including date, time, and location, at the time of booking. ArchWizard will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the specified timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

9.3 Product Inspection: Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting the rented products for any damages or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to ArchWizard immediately for resolution.

9.4 Return: At the end of the Rental Period, customers are required to return the rented products to ArchWizard in the same condition as they were received, normal wear and tear excepted.

9.5 Return Schedule: Customers must schedule the return of the products within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late returns may be subject to additional fees or penalties.

9.6 Return Process: Customers can choose to return the products via self-return or schedule a pickup by ArchWizard. All packaging and accessories must be included with the returned products.

9.7 Inspection Upon Return: ArchWizard will conduct a thorough inspection of the returned products to assess any damages or discrepancies. Customers will be notified of any issues found during the inspection.

9.8 Refund of Security Deposit: Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned products, the security deposit will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable period, as outlined in section 8 of this agreement.

9.9 Liability During Delivery and Return: ArchWizard shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays during the delivery or return process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


10. Product Condition

10.1 Quality Assurance: ArchWizard takes pride in providing high-quality, well-maintained products for rental. All products undergo regular inspection and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

10.2 Warranty: ArchWizard warrants that all rented products will be in good working condition upon delivery. In the event of any defects or malfunctions during the Rental Period, customers are advised to contact ArchWizard for prompt assistance and resolution.

10.3 Normal Wear and Tear: Customers are responsible for normal wear and tear associated with the proper use of the rented products. This includes minor scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product.

10.4 Damage Responsibility: Customers are liable for any damages to the rented products beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to, scratches, cracks, dents, water damage, and any other physical or functional damage.

10.5 Reporting of Damage: Customers must report any damages or malfunctions to ArchWizard immediately upon discovery. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges or penalties.

10.6 ArchWizard's Right to Repair: In the event of damage to rented products, ArchWizard reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged items at its discretion. Customers will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement as outlined in section 6 of this agreement.

10.7 Product Return: At the end of the Rental Period, customers must return the rented products to ArchWizard in the same condition as they were received, normal wear and tear excepted. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or penalties.


11. Insurance

11.1 Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility and prerogative to obtain insurance coverage for the rental equipment during the entire Rental Period. This coverage should include protection against loss, theft, damage, and liability arising from the use of the rented equipment.

11.2 ArchWizard's Liability: ArchWizard does not provide insurance coverage for rented products. Customers assume all risks and liabilities associated with the use of the rented products and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential losses or damages.

11.4 Waiver of Liability: By renting products from ArchWizard, customers agree to waive any claims or liabilities against ArchWizard for loss, theft, damage, or any other incidents arising from the use of the rented products


12. Customer Responsibilities

12.1 Care and Maintenance: The customer is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the rented equipment during the Rental Period. This includes ensuring that the equipment is used in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

12.2 Safe Use: The customer must use the rented equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. Any misuse or reckless behavior that leads to damage or injury will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

12.3 Security and Protection: It is the customer's responsibility to safeguard the rented equipment from theft, loss, or damage while in their possession. This includes taking reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or use of the equipment.

12.4 Reporting Damages: In the event of any damage, malfunction, loss, or theft of the rented equipment, the customer must promptly report it to ArchWizard. Failure to report such incidents in a timely manner may result in additional charges or penalties.

12.5 Return in Original Condition: Upon the conclusion of the Rental Period, the customer must return the rented equipment to ArchWizard in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. This includes ensuring that all accessories, components, and packaging are returned intact.

12.6 Account Management (For Console Rentals): For console rentals, the customer is responsible for managing their personal accounts on the console. ArchWizard's account must not be removed or modified, and any personal accounts associated with the console must be removed prior to return. ArchWizard will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the customer's failure to remove personal accounts.

12.7 Compliance: The customer must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement, as well as any applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the rented equipment.


13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 General Limitation: ArchWizard shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the rental of equipment, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of use, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2 Total Liability: In no event shall ArchWizard's total liability to the customer for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or related to the rental agreement exceed the total fees paid by the customer to ArchWizard for the rental of equipment during the Rental Period.

13.3 Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold ArchWizard harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the customer's use or misuse of the rented equipment, violation of the rental agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13.4 Assumption of Risk: The customer acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss, and agrees to release ArchWizard from any liability arising from such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.5 Third-Party Services: ArchWizard shall not be responsible for any third-party services or products used in conjunction with the rented equipment, and shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such third-party services or products.

13.6 Force Majeure: ArchWizard shall not be liable for any delay, failure to perform, or interruption of service resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or equipment malfunctions.


14. Indemnification

14.1 Customer's Obligation: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArchWizard, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

14.1.1. The customer's use or misuse of the rented equipment;

14.1.2. Any violation of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement;

14.1.3. Any violation of applicable laws or regulations by the customer;

14.1.4. Any infringement of third-party rights by the customer;

14.1.5. Any damage to property or injury to persons caused by the customer's negligence or willful misconduct; and

14.1.6. Any breach of representations or warranties made by the customer under the rental agreement.

14.2 Defense and Settlement: ArchWizard reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by the customer, in which case the customer agrees to cooperate with ArchWizard in asserting any available defenses. The customer shall not settle any indemnified claim without the prior written consent of ArchWizard, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

14.3 Notification: The customer agrees to promptly notify ArchWizard in writing of any claim or demand for indemnification, and to provide reasonable cooperation and assistance to ArchWizard in the defense of such claim or demand.

14.4 Limitation: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the customer's indemnification obligations shall not extend to the extent that any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arise solely from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of ArchWizard.


15. Intellectual Property

15.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights related to the rented equipment and services provided by ArchWizard, shall remain the exclusive property of ArchWizard or its licensors.

15.2 License: The customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the rented equipment solely for the purpose of its intended use during the rental period. This license does not convey any rights or ownership in the intellectual property of ArchWizard.

15.3 Prohibited Acts: The customer agrees not to:

15.3.1. Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the rented equipment;

15.3.2. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the rented equipment;

15.3.3. Use the rented equipment in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of ArchWizard or any third party; and

15.3.4. Transfer, sublicense, or assign the license to use the rented equipment to any third party without the prior written consent of ArchWizard.

15.4 Infringement Claims: In the event that the customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened infringement of ArchWizard's intellectual property rights relating to the rented equipment, the customer shall promptly notify ArchWizard in writing and provide reasonable assistance in the defense of such claims.

15.5 Remedies: In the event of any breach or threatened breach of this section, ArchWizard shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, specific performance, or any other equitable remedy available at law or in equity, in addition to any other remedies available under the rental agreement or applicable law.


16. Termination

16.1 Termination by Customer: The customer may terminate the rental agreement at any time by providing written notice to ArchWizard. However, early termination is subject to rental fees as per the invoice, and no refund for early termination will be issued, except for the return of the security deposit as outlined in Section 8. This termination shall not relieve the customer of any outstanding obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

16.2 Termination by ArchWizard: ArchWizard reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement or suspend the rental services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the customer. In such cases, ArchWizard shall refund any prepaid rental fees for the unused portion of the rental period.

16.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of the rental agreement, the customer shall promptly return all rented equipment to ArchWizard in accordance with the return procedures outlined in Section 9. Any outstanding rental fees, damages, or charges shall become immediately due and payable upon termination.

16.4 Survival: Sections 8 (Security Deposit), 9 (Delivery and Return), 10 (Product Condition), 11 (Insurance), 12 (Customer Responsibilities), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Indemnification), 15 (Intellectual Property), 17 (Governing Law), and 18 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive the termination of the rental agreement for their full effect.


17. Dispute Resolution

17.1 Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations.

17.2 Mediation: If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other party. The parties shall then endeavor to resolve the dispute through mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.

17.3 Arbitration: If mediation does not result in a resolution within a reasonable time or if either party refuses to participate in mediation, any unresolved dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of [one/three] arbitrator(s) appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules.

17.4 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.5 Costs and Expenses: Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to legal fees, expert fees, and other expenses, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator(s) or agreed upon by the parties.

17.6 Enforcement: The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party hereby irrevocably waives any objection to the enforcement of any arbitral award on any grounds.

17.7 Continuing Obligations: The parties agree to continue performing their respective obligations under this Agreement notwithstanding any dispute, controversy, or claim arising between them.


18. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.


19. Modification of Terms

ArchWizard reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the ArchWizard website. It is the customer's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates or changes. Continued use of the rental services after the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of such modifications.


20. Miscellaneous

20.1 Assignment: These Terms and Conditions, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by the customer, but may be assigned by ArchWizard without restriction.

20.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision. If such modification is not possible, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20.3 Waiver: The failure of ArchWizard to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
