To ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair experience for all customers, this guide explains how our TCG pre-orders work and what you can expect at each stage. Please take a moment to review the information below before placing your order.

Overview: How ArchWizard TCG Pre-Orders Work

• There is no quantity limit for TCG pre-orders.
• You may place a pre-order via WhatsApp or through our online store.
• No payment is required at the time of pre-order submission.
• All TCG pre-orders are subject to allocation, which will be confirmed closer to the product release date.
• Once a pre-order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.

General Pre-Order Flow

1. Place your pre-order via ArchWizard online store.
   (No payment required at this stage. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.)
2. Nearer to the product release date, we will contact you via WhatsApp to inform you of your allocation result.
3. Confirm whether you prefer self-collection or delivery.
4. Make payment for the allocated quantity only.
5. Collect your order or receive it via delivery.
6. Happy unboxing 🎉

How to Place a Pre-Order

Option 1: Order via ArchWizard Online Store (Preferred)

To help us process orders more efficiently, please use Option 1 to pre-order; it is simple, faster, and most efficient.

1. Visit the product listing page.
2. Add the product to your cart and adjust the required quantity.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your personal details and preferred collection method.
5. Select PayNow as the payment method and click “Place Order Now.”
6. Do not make payment to the PayNow QR code. Close the payment window.
7. Your pre-order is now considered successfully logged.
8. Nearer to the release date, we will WhatsApp you with your allocation result and delivery/self-collection options.
9. Make payment for the allocated quantity.
10. Collect your order or receive it via delivery.
11. Happy unboxing 🎉

Option 2: Order via WhatsApp

To help us process orders more efficiently, please only use Option 2 if necessary. As much as possible, kindly place your pre-order directly through our website (Option 1).

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +65 96604055 with the following details:
   • Item name and quantity (number of units)
   • Full name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Delivery address (only if you intend to opt for delivery later)
2. A manually created invoice will be sent to your email.
   You may also log in to our website to view your recorded order and invoice.
3. Nearer to the release date, we will WhatsApp you with your allocation result and collection/delivery options.
4. Make payment for the allocated quantity.
5. Collect your order or receive it via delivery.
6. Happy unboxing 🎉

Allocation & Order Priority

All TCG pre-orders are subject to allocation. Requested quantities are not confirmed immediately and will only be finalized after we receive official stock allocation details from our suppliers.

Allocation is determined using the following principles:

• Every customer will receive at least 1 unit, where possible.
• Orders placed before the deadline are prioritised based on:
  • Past Order (Purchase history, quantity, amount spent, fulfillment/cancellation history, etc.)
  • Membership Level
  • Date & Time
  • Community Conduct & Account Standing
• Orders placed after the deadline are prioritised based on:
  • Date of order
  • Order quantity

While pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, allocated quantities may be adjusted depending on overall demand. We will always do our best to fulfil as much of your order as possible.

Payment & Confirmation

Before the official release date, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your allocated quantity.
At this stage, full payment is required to secure and finalize your order.

Collection & Delivery Information

• Products will be kept in carton or sealed condition whenever possible.
• Self-collection at Tengah Plantation Plaza is usually available on the official release day.
• Self-collection at ArchWizard Marymount may experience delays due to additional stock transfer arrangements.

Important Tips & Notes

• We accept pre-orders both before and after the stated deadline but placing your order before the deadline significantly increases your chances of allocation.
• TCG pack names or exact contents may sometimes not be revealed at the time of pre-order. Please use the provided product descriptions to research further if needed.
• Early expression of interest is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
• For accidental payment made prior to allocation notification is given, please refer to the following Refund Policy guidelines.
