General Warranty Policy for Brand New and Pre-Owned Products
1.1. The warranty period for both brand new and pre-owned products sold by ArchWizard that do not have an individually outlined warranty policy is determined based on the respective product description and variation, provided that the product is purchased from ArchWizard or an authorized reseller with an ArchWizard warranty included.
1.2. This warranty applies strictly to defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions and does not extend to software, consumables, or accessories not manufactured by or for the original product brand.
1.3. ArchWizard shall, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
1.4. Any components or parts replaced during the repair process shall become the property of ArchWizard. Even if ArchWizard repairs or replaces the product, the original warranty period shall not be extended.
1.5. Warranty service includes labor and necessary replacement parts required for the proper functioning of the product.
1.6. Customers must present an unaltered original purchase invoice issued by ArchWizard or an authorized reseller to be eligible for warranty service. Any modifications, amendments, or defacement of the invoice shall render the warranty void. Products with receipts from non-authorized resellers are not covered under this warranty.
1.7. This warranty shall not apply and no repair or replacement service shall be provided if: (a) The product is used for rental, commercial, or business purposes; (b) The product has been modified, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorized party; (c) The serial number, barcode, or warranty seal has been altered, defaced, or removed; (d) The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper transportation, exposure to liquid, excessive force, or any external cause unrelated to defective materials or workmanship; (e) The product has not been used, maintained, or stored in accordance with the product instructions; (f) The product failure is caused by incorrect installation, electrical surges, or the use of non-approved accessories, peripherals, or third-party modifications.
1.8. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, scratches, fading, or material degradation due to extended use.
1.9. ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, software corruption, system malfunctions, or business opportunities arising from or related to this warranty. Liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, whichever is lower.
1.10. This clause applies to all devices sold by ArchWizard, whether brand new or pre-owned. ArchWizard will provide a one-time replacement for a defective product under warranty if repair is not feasible. Beyond this single replacement, ArchWizard shall not be liable for any further replacement or compensation. If a repair attempt fails and a replacement has already been issued once, no additional remedies will be provided, and the warranty claim shall be considered closed.
2. Warranty Claim Process
2.1. Customers must notify ArchWizard immediately upon discovering a defect in the product.
2.2. The product must not be altered or repaired without prior written consent from ArchWizard.
2.3. To be eligible for warranty service, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
2.4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, ArchWizard shall determine its eligibility for repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
2.5. ArchWizard will notify the customer of the inspection results and the estimated time required for repair or replacement.
2.6. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by ArchWizard.
3. Limitations of Liability
3.1. ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, software corruption, system malfunctions, or business opportunities. ArchWizard does not cover any issues arising from operating system updates, firmware updates, third-party software, or external factors beyond its control.
3.2. ArchWizard’s liability under this warranty shall be strictly limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective product, whichever is lower.
3.3. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from acts of nature, accidents, misuse, abuse, or any other external causes beyond ArchWizard’s control.
