This Warranty is valid for Sony PlayStation® (PS5) with a local one-year warranty label affixed on packaging (“the Product”) excluding PlayStation® software.
ArchWizard shall at its discretion, either repair or replace the Product with the equivalent Product free of charge, where the Product is faulty due to defective materials or workmanship. Any defective or additional parts of the Product which are replaced / removed by ArchWizard in the course of repairing, if any, shall be the property of ArchWizard. Even if ArchWizard repairs/replaces the Product, its original one (1) year warranty term will not be extended.
On the rare event of discovery of any defect in the product, the customer must immediately notify ArchWizard. The customer must not carry out any remedial work to the alleged defective product without first obtaining the written consent of the Company to do so. If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please ensure that the system is brought back to us in original and good (undamaged) condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale together with a physical or digital copy of the official receipt. In most cases, repair work will be arranged and carried out accordingly upon receipt and inspection of the said product.
ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential or economic damage or loss (including loss of profits, data, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunities arising from or related to the warranty. Liability of ArchWizard under or in relation to the warranty shall be limited to the cost of replacing the Product with the same or an equivalent product, or of repairing the Product, whichever is lower.
This warranty shall not apply and no repair service shall be provided:
- If the product in question is used with any software or devices not sold or licensed by Sony Interactive entertainment or its licences.
- The product in question is modified, repaired or tampered with.
- If the product in question is damaged by acts of god, misuse, abuse neglect, accidents, negligence, wear and tear, unreasonable or inappropriate use, improper installation or operation or any other causes unrelated to defective material or workmanship.
- If the factory-applied model number has been altered, defaced or removed.
This Warranty Agreement cannot be exchanged for a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty (Tourist Warranty). The Terms and Conditions for Warranty Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

This Warranty is valid for third-party Sony PS5 accessories sold by ArchWizard. ArchWizard shall at its discretion, either repair or replace the Product with the equivalent Product free of charge, where the Product is faulty due to defective materials or workmanship within 3 months of purchase. Any defective or additional parts of the Product which are replaced / removed by ArchWizard in the course of repairing, if any, shall be the property of ArchWizard. Even if ArchWizard repairs/replaces the Product, its original 3-month warranty term will not be extended.The original purchase invoice from ArchWizard must be issued and presented for verification when any repair service is required. ArchWizard will provide warranty service only if the ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE indicating the date of purchase of the Product in question are presented together with the faulty Product in question. Any modification, amendment or defacement to or of the invoice shall render this Warranty void.

Terms and Conditions for Warranty Service for Nintendo Switch
This Warranty is valid for Nintendo Switch System. The warranty for free from defects in material and workmanship is effective for 1 year from the date of purchase, regardless of the starting and playing time of the Product. The period of warranty for the Product will remain unchanged even after the completion of the Repair Service. ArchWizard shall at its discretion remedy the situation if the product is faulty due to defective materials or workmanship. Any defective or additional parts of the Product which are replaced / removed by ArchWizard in the course of repairing, if any, shall be the property of ArchWizard.
On the rare event of discovery of any defect in the product, the customer must immediately notify ArchWizard. The customer must not carry out any remedial work to the alleged defective product without first obtaining the written consent of the Company to do so. If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please ensure that the system is brought back to us in original and good (undamaged) condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale together with a physical or digital copy of the official receipt. - You fail to present the proof of purchase.
- The serial number of the Products altered, defaced or removed.
- The Product was not used in accordance with respective instructions.
- Is damaged by any unauthorised modifications or tampering, negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship (including use with game enhancement and copier devices).
- Has been intentionally modified using malicious code, malware, virus, bots, worms, trojans, backdoors, exploits, cheats, hacks, or hidden diagnostics that may harm the Product or system.
- Defects in the Product that are caused by the use of faulty, damaged or leaking batteries or battery packs, or any other use of batteries or battery packs not in accordance with the respective instructions;
- The Product has been resold, used for rental or commercial purpose;
- In ArchWizard’s judgement that the defects of the Product should be repaired with charges.

The warranty for free from defects in material and workmanship is effective for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you submit a request for service for your Xbox product, you accept and agree to these Service Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms, conditions, policies, or disclaimers stated here under ‘Terms and Conditions’. In servicing your Xbox, ArchWizard warrants (1) that Service will be performed in a workmanlike manner and (2) that all parts or products used in the Service will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for either the remainder of the term of your ArchWizard-issued warranty, guarantee, or extended service plan or 90 days from the date of Service, whichever is greater. If non-conforming Service is provided or a defect arises in a replacement part or product during the 90-day warranty period, at its option, ArchWizard will repair the part or product, using new, used or refurbished replacement parts or replace the part or product with a new, used or refurbished equivalent part or product.

ArchWizard is not responsible for and this post-Service warranty does not apply to the following: damage caused by use with products, applications, or services not manufactured, licensed, by Microsoft, if its serial or IMEI number altered or removed, when there is damage caused by external cause, damage caused by use not in accordance with the user manual or any other instruction provided, damage caused by repairs or modifications done by someone other than ArchWizard, scratches, dents, other cosmetic damage, or damage reasonably expected as a result of normal wear and tear, damage caused by hacking, cracking, viruses or other malware, or by unauthorised access to services, accounts, computer systems, or networks, if its software or hardware modified to alter its functionality or capabilities using malicious code, malware, bots, worms, trojans, backdoors, exploits, cheats, fraud, hacks, hidden diagnostics, or other mechanisms: to disable security or content-protection mechanisms; to give the user an unfair advantage or degrade other users’ experience in online gaming; to deceive or defraud ArchWizard or others.

Terms and Conditions for Warranty Service for Meta Quest 2/Pro
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Meta product contained in the original packaging. Meta warrants that the Product will, under normal and intended use, function substantially for purchased warranty period from the date of purchase.
When a defect is covered by this Warranty, Meta will repair or replace the Product to provide the Warranted Functionality and return the repaired Product or replacement to you at their cost. Meta may not return the original Product in circumstances where another remedy is provided by them. When a Product or its part is replaced, such replacement becomes your property, and the replaced Product or its part becomes the property of Meta.
On the rare event of discovery of any defect in the product, the customer must not carry out any remedial work to the alleged defective product without first obtaining the written consent of Meta to do so. If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please ensure that the system is brought back to us in original and good (undamaged) condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale together with a physical or digital copy of the official receipt. In most cases, repair work will be arranged and carried out accordingly upon receipt and inspection of the said product.
The following are not covered by this Warranty: defects which relate to normal wear and tear of the Product, damage caused by misuse or accidents, neglect, improper or unauthorised repair or other modification, tampering, or use with unsuitable hardware, software, services or third-party item(s); consumable parts, such as batteries, the performance of which normally diminishes over time, unless such failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, and dents, use not in accordance with the product documentation, use in violation of any laws in effect where the Product is used, a Product not currently running the latest version of Meta-issued software, features or performance parameters pertaining to any software or services beyond the Warranted Functionality.
This limited Warranty is void if a Product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations that are not part of the normal and intended use of the Product (including the unauthorised removal of any component or external cover).

Pico VR Headset
Terms and Conditions for Warranty Service for Pico VR Headset
Raguda Pte Ltd is the appointed company that will be handling all official warranty matters for PICO products. This Warranty is valid for PICO VR Headset within 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty is only valid in Singapore, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by PICO or PICO authorised service centres. PICO may conduct diagnostic tests on customers' products to identify the causes of failures/defects. Before returning any unit for verification, the customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product.
Prior to contacting a Raguda Pte Ltd service agent, please prepare to provide the following information is at hand:
- Model and serial number.
- Customer’s full address and contact information.
- Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
- The product serial number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered. If any accessory or external part of the product is missing. Any damage occurs in/on the outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, lens, buttons and other attachments.
- Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, including but not limited to rust or stains;
- Any other circumstances that are contradictory or are not in compliance with business ethics.
- Burn-in of the Lens due to exposure to outdoor usage.
PICO will determine whether a product is "Out of Warranty" at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed above. The 12-Months Warranty Period will only cover for a one-time replacement of the Product with a replacement product of the same model that is new or comprises and/or previously used PICO genuine parts and has been tested and passed PICO’s functional requirements. The warranty in respect of a replaced product will not continue to be warranted for the remaining of its warranty period.

Terms and Conditions for Warranty Service for Third-party Pico VR Headset-compatible Accessories
If, having inspected the Product, ArchWizard accepts that the Product is defective, it will (at its sole discretion) either repair or replace the part causing the defect or replace the relevant element of the Product without charge. The warranty for free from defects in material and workmanship is effective for 3 months from the date of purchase, regardless of the starting and playing time of the Product. The period of warranty for the Product will remain unchanged even after the completion of the Repair Service.
On the rare event of discovery of any defect in the product, the customer must immediately notify ArchWizard. The customer must not carry out any remedial work to the alleged defective product without first obtaining the written consent of the Company to do so. If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please ensure that the system is brought back to us in original and good (undamaged) condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale together with a physical or digital copy of the official receipt. In most cases, repair work will be arranged and carried out accordingly upon receipt and inspection of the said product.
Even if within the warranty period, the warranty will not be valid if:
- You fail to present the proof of purchase
- The serial number of the Product is altered, defaced or removed.
- The Product was not used in accordance with respective instructions.
- Is damaged by any unauthorised modifications or tampering, negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship (including use with game enhancement and copier devices).
- Has been intentionally modified using malicious code, malware, virus, bots, worms, trojans, backdoors, exploits, cheats, hacks, or hidden diagnostics that may harm the Product or system.
- Defects in the Product that are caused by the use of faulty, damaged or leaking batteries or battery packs, or any other use of batteries or battery packs not in accordance with the respective instructions;
- The Product has been resold, used for rental or commercial purpose;
- In ArchWizard’s judgement that the defects of the Product should be repaired with charges.
ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential or economic damage or loss (including loss of profits, data, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunities arising from or related to the warranty.) Liability of ArchWizard under or in relation to the warranty shall be limited to the cost of replacing the Product with the same or an equivalent product, or of repairing the Product, whichever is lower.
This warranty cannot be exchanged for a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty (Tourist Warranty). ArchWizard reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for Warranty Service or related repair services without prior notice.
