ARCHWIZARD WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLAYSTATION

1. General Warranty Policy 

1.1. ArchWizard provides warranty coverage in accordance with the original manufacturer’s terms and conditions for each product category.

1.2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions and excludes user-induced damage, including but not limited to accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or exposure to external factors such as water, heat, or impact damage.

1.3. To be eligible for warranty service, customers must present the original proof of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, and accessories.

1.4. Any repair or replacement provided under this warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

2. Warranty for Sony PlayStation 5 System and Accessories 

2.1. The warranty period for Sony PlayStation 5 systems and selected accessories is determined based on the respective product description and variation.

2.2. This warranty is strictly limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover software or consumables.

2.3. In accordance with the warranty terms outlined by Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore Private Limited (SIESPL), ArchWizard shall, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

2.4. Any components or parts replaced during the repair process shall become the property of ArchWizard. Even if the product is repaired or replaced, the original warranty period shall not be extended.

2.5. Warranty service includes the cost of labor and necessary replacement parts for the proper functioning of the product.

2.6. Customers must present an unaltered original purchase invoice issued in Singapore to be eligible for warranty service. Any modifications, amendments, or defacement of the invoice shall render the warranty void.

2.7. This warranty shall be void if: (a) The product is used with unauthorized software, devices, or accessories, including but not limited to non-licensed enhancement devices and counterfeit optical discs; (b) The product has been modified, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorized party; (c) The serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed; (d) The product has been subjected to acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, or unreasonable use.

2.8. ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, anticipated savings, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to this warranty. Liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, whichever is lower.

3. Warranty for Third-Party PS5-Compatible Accessories 

3.1. Third-party accessories compatible with the PlayStation 5 and sold by ArchWizard are covered by a limited warranty, with the duration determined based on the respective product description and variation.

3.2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not extend to accessories used in conjunction with non-compatible devices or products.

3.3. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice issued in Singapore. Any modifications, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage to the product shall render the warranty void.

4. Warranty Claim Process 

4.1. Customers must notify ArchWizard immediately upon discovering a defect in the product.

4.2. The product must not be altered or repaired without prior written consent from ArchWizard.

4.3. To be eligible for warranty service, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

4.4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, ArchWizard shall determine its eligibility for repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

4.5. ArchWizard will notify the customer of the inspection results, and the estimated time required for repair or replacement.

4.6. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by ArchWizard.

5. Limitations of Liability 

5.1. ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, software corruption, system malfunctions, or business opportunities. ArchWizard does not cover any issues arising from PlayStation system, firmware updates, third-party software, or external factors beyond its control.

5.2. ArchWizard’s liability under this warranty shall be strictly limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective product, whichever is lower.

5.3. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from acts of nature, accidents, misuse, abuse, or any other external causes beyond ArchWizard’s control.

6. Amendments and Governing Law 

6.1. ArchWizard reserves the right to amend these warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.

6.2. The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

6.3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
