ARCHWIZARD WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CAMMUS

1.1. The warranty period for Cammus products sold or distributed by ArchWizard is determined based on the respective product description and variation, provided that the product is purchased from ArchWizard or an authorized reseller with an ArchWizard warranty included.

1.2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions and does not apply to software, consumables, or accessories not manufactured by or for Cammus.

1.3. In accordance with the warranty terms outlined by Cammus, ArchWizard shall, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

1.4. Any components or parts replaced during the repair process shall become the property of ArchWizard. Even if the product is repaired or replaced, the original warranty period shall not be extended.

1.5. Warranty service includes the cost of labor and necessary replacement parts required for the proper functioning of the product.

1.6. Customers must present an unaltered original purchase invoice issued by ArchWizard or an authorized reseller to be eligible for warranty service. Any modifications, amendments, or defacement of the invoice shall render the warranty void. Products with receipts from non-authorized resellers are not covered under this warranty.

1.7. This warranty shall be void if: (a) The product is used with unauthorized software, devices, or accessories; (b) The product has been modified, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorized party; (c) The serial number or barcode has been altered, defaced, or removed; (d) The product has been subjected to acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, exposure to liquid, excessive force, or any external cause unrelated to defective materials or workmanship; (e) The product is used for rental or other commercial purposes; (f) The product is a parallel import, counterfeit, pirated, or unlawfully altered unit; (g) The product has been intentionally modified using malicious code, malware, viruses, bots, worms, trojans, backdoors, exploits, cheats, hacks, or other unauthorized alterations; (h) The product has not been used, maintained, or stored in accordance with the product instructions; (i) The failure is caused by lightning strikes, electrical surges, or other external electrical system issues; (j) The product failure is due to the use of third-party software, accessories, or peripherals not pre-configured with the product.

1.8. ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, software corruption, system malfunctions, or business opportunities arising from or related to this warranty. Liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, whichever is lower.

2. Warranty for Cammus-Compatible Accessories

2.1. Cammus-compatible accessories sold by ArchWizard are covered by a limited warranty, with the duration determined based on the respective product description and variation.

2.2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not extend to accessories used in conjunction with non-compatible devices or products.

2.3. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice issued by ArchWizard or an authorized reseller. Any modifications, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage to the product shall render the warranty void.

3. Warranty Claim Process

3.1. Customers must notify ArchWizard immediately upon discovering a defect in the product.

3.2. The product must not be altered or repaired without prior written consent from ArchWizard.

3.3. To be eligible for warranty service, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

3.4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, ArchWizard shall determine its eligibility for repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

3.5. ArchWizard will notify the customer of the inspection results and the estimated time required for repair or replacement.

3.6. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by ArchWizard.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1. ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, software corruption, system malfunctions, or business opportunities. ArchWizard does not cover any issues arising from operating system, firmware updates, third-party software, or external factors beyond its control.

4.2. ArchWizard’s liability under this warranty shall be strictly limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective product, whichever is lower.

4.3. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from acts of nature, accidents, misuse, abuse, or any other external causes beyond ArchWizard’s control.

4.4. ArchWizard is not responsible for data loss; customers are advised to back up their data regularly.

5. Amendments and Governing Law

5.1. ArchWizard reserves the right to amend these warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.

5.2. The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

5.3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
