RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Interpretation & Definitions
For the purposes of this Return & Refund Policy:
Company refers to ArchWizard, located at 63 Jalan Pemimpin, #03-10, Singapore 577219.
Goods refers to all products sold by the Company, including refurbished products, trading card game (TCG) products, and merchandise unless otherwise stated.
Service refers to the Company’s website and official sales channels.
Order means any confirmed request by the Customer to purchase Goods from the Company.
Customer / You refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using the Goods.
2. General Legal Framework
All purchases made from ArchWizard are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, the Company reserves full discretion to determine eligibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, and store credits in accordance with this Policy.
Nothing in this Policy shall exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
3. Acceptance of Terms Upon Payment
By placing an Order and completing payment (in full or in part), the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- They have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy in full prior to payment;
- This Policy forms a legally binding agreement between the Customer and the Company;
- All transactions are made in reliance on the Customer’s acceptance of these terms;
- Policy-compliant decisions made by the Company are final for operational purposes;
- Failure to read or understand this Policy does not exempt the Customer from its terms.
4. Refurbished Products (Non-TCG Items)
4.1 Eligibility
Returns apply strictly to refurbished products only.
All brand-new products are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
4.2 Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days, calculated from the earliest of:
- Invoice date, or
- Payment date, or
- Collection date
4.3 Return Conditions
To qualify for return consideration, all conditions must be met:
- Return must be made in person at the original purchase location
- Courier, postal, or third-party returns are strictly not accepted
- Item must include all original packaging, accessories, and components
- Item must be in substantially the same condition as sold
“Substantially the same condition” allows only reasonable inspection use, defined as minimal testing that does not result in wear, damage, alteration, or reduction in resale value.
4.4 Inspection & Assessment
All returned Goods are subject to inspection by the Company.
The Company has sole operational discretion to determine:
- Physical condition
- Functional performance
- Completeness of parts and accessories
- Evidence of misuse, modification, or tampering
This determination is final for operational purposes.
4.5 Refund / Compensation Method
Where a return is approved, the Company may issue compensation in one of the following forms, at its sole discretion:
- Store Credit, or
- Monetary refund via PayNow
Where a PayNow refund is issued:
- A 5%–10% processing and transaction fee will be deducted from the refundable amount
- The final fee percentage is determined by the Company based on payment method, transaction cost, and administrative handling requirements
- Refunds are strictly made only to Singapore-registered PayNow bank accounts
- No cash refunds, foreign transfers, or non-PayNow refunds will be provided
4.6 Partial or Rejected Returns
Where returned Goods are found to be:
- Damaged
- Incomplete
- Used beyond reasonable inspection
- Or not in acceptable condition
The Company may:
- Reduce store credit value, or
- Reject the return entirely
5. Trading Card Game (TCG) Products, Preorders & Merchandise
This section applies to all TCG-related products including preorders, sealed products, singles, and merchandise.
5.1 Preorder Stage Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available while the product remains in the preorder stage and has not been released or fulfilled.
Once a product has been:
- Released
- Allocated
- Collected in-store
- Delivered
it becomes final sale and is strictly:
- Non-refundable
- Non-returnable
- Non-exchangeable
5.2 Final Sale After Release
All released or fulfilled TCG products are final sale regardless of:
- Condition
- Packaging condition
- Customer misunderstanding
- Change of mind
5.3 Incorrect or Unintended Preorder Payments
Where a preorder payment is made in error or cancellation is accepted during eligible stage:
Default outcome:
- Full amount is converted into store credit
Upon explicit customer request:
- Monetary refund may be processed
- A 5%–10% processing and transaction fee applies
5.4 Refund Method Restrictions
Where monetary refunds are approved:
- Refunds are made strictly via PayNow only
- Only to Singapore-registered bank accounts
- No cash, overseas transfers, or non-supported refund methods
5.5 Overseas Orders & Shipping Restriction
ArchWizard does not accept international orders and does not provide overseas shipping.
Orders placed with overseas addresses will be:
- Cancelled and not fulfilled
- Converted into store credit only
- Not eligible for cash refunds
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Goods
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Brand new sealed products (non-TCG unless stated otherwise)
- All released or fulfilled TCG products
- Used, opened, or tampered items
- Items outside return window
- Items excluded under Company policy updates
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are not guaranteed.
Requests prior to fulfilment may result in:
- Store credit conversion, or
- Rejection depending on processing stage
8. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection
The Customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute for transactions compliant with this Policy.
In the event of a dispute, the Company may:
- Suspend related Orders
- Convert eligible refunds into store credit
- Submit transaction records, communication logs, and policy acceptance evidence to payment providers
- Recover administrative and dispute-related fees where permitted by law
All transactions are considered final upon payment, subject only to remedies explicitly stated in this Policy.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising shall:
- First be resolved through good faith negotiation
- Failing which, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore
The Customer irrevocably submits to this jurisdiction.
The Company may seek injunctive or urgent relief in any jurisdiction where necessary.
10. Policy Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice.
All changes take effect immediately upon publication.
