Interpretation

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to ArchWizard, Pemimpin Industrial Building, 63 Jln Pemimpin, #03-10, Singapore 577219.

• Goods refer to refurbished items offered for sale on the Service.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to ArchWizard, accessible from our official domain.

• You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Refund & Return Eligibility

Refurbished Products Only

Returns and refunds apply strictly to refurbished products only.
Brand new products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
No cash, bank transfer, or original payment method refunds will be provided.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Return must be made within 7 days from the earliest of:

   • Date of invoice

   • Date of sale

   • Date of collection

2. Return must be made in person at the same store where the product was originally purchased.

   • Returns sent to a different store will not be accepted.

   • Returns by delivery, courier, or mail are strictly not allowed.

3. Returned Goods must include all original items, accessories, parts, and packaging provided at the time of purchase.

4. We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the condition of the returned item. The return may be rejected at our discretion if:

   • The item shows signs of misuse, damage, or wear beyond reasonable testing;

   • The item has been modified, altered, or tampered with in any way;

   • Any parts, components, or accessories are missing.

5. Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility.

   • We reserve the right to update the exclusion list at any time without prior notice.

Reimbursement Value

The value of store credit issued depends on the condition of the returned item after evaluation.
Items returned in poorer condition may receive reduced reimbursement or be rejected entirely.

Order Cancellation Rights

Order cancellation is not applicable to refurbished products once collected or sold.
Any request for cancellation before collection will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Brand new products

• Goods that have been modified or tampered with

• Goods excluded under our updated return eligibility list

• Any product returned after the 7-day window

Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
All changes take effect immediately upon posting or implementation.
