Extended Warranty Service Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1. The ArchWizard Extended Warranty Service carries the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer’s or ArchWizard’s product warranty, as outlined in the respective brand warranty policies. The extended warranty provides additional coverage beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty period.

1.2. The extended warranty applies strictly to defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or other exclusions stated in the original warranty policy.

1.3. The extended warranty does not restart or reset the original warranty period but extends the total duration of coverage as specified in the purchased extended warranty plan.

2. Warranty Ownership and Transferability

2.1. The extended warranty is tied to the console and remains valid for the device regardless of ownership transfer.

2.2. The extended warranty is fully transferrable to a new owner if the product is sold or gifted. However, the original purchase receipt must be presented either digitally or physically for any warranty claims.

2.3. Failure to provide a valid original purchase receipt will render the extended warranty claim void.

3. Warranty Claim Process

3.1. Customers must notify ArchWizard immediately upon discovering a defect in the product.

3.2. The product must not be altered or repaired without prior written consent from ArchWizard.

3.3. To be eligible for warranty service, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

3.4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, ArchWizard shall determine its eligibility for repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

3.5. ArchWizard will notify the customer of the inspection results and the estimated time required for repair or replacement.

3.6. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by ArchWizard.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1. ArchWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, software corruption, system malfunctions, or business opportunities.

4.2. ArchWizard’s liability under this extended warranty shall be strictly limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective product, whichever is lower.

4.3. The extended warranty does not cover damages resulting from acts of nature, accidents, misuse, abuse, or any other external causes beyond ArchWizard’s control.

4.4. ArchWizard is not responsible for data loss; customers are advised to back up their data regularly.

5. Amendments and Governing Law

5.1. ArchWizard reserves the right to interpret, explain, and clarify any of the terms outlined in this extended warranty policy.

5.2. ArchWizard also reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust the extended warranty policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5.3. The terms and conditions of this extended warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
