Below is your step-by-step roadmap to getting started, setting prices, and understanding our service policies.

Advance Digital Submission
Complete and submit your Consignment List Excel and signed Consignment Agreement PDF via WhatsApp or Email prior to dropping off items.

In-Store Handover & Photographic Proof
Drop off physical items at our Tengah store. Take clear photos of all items in-store and send them via WhatsApp/Email to establish proof of delivery and baseline condition.

Access Your Live Master Ledger
Upon intake, receive a Read-Only OneDrive link. This folder acts as the official master record for item photos, stock lists, sales tracking, and payout status.
Pricing & Selling Mechanics
We give you full control over your earnings while enabling our store team to close fast sales with eager buyers through smart negotiation:
Smart Two-Tier Pricing System:
- Selling Price (Display Price): The marked price visible on display tags for store shoppers.
- Minimum Price: Your absolute lowest price floor. ArchWizard staff are authorized to negotiate down to—but never below—this limit!

Strict Store Handling & Protective Protocols
We prioritize the safety and condition of your cards. All consigned items are subjected to strict store protocols:
- Staff Assistance Required: Walk-in customers must request staff assistance to view items outside display cases.
- Cards Stay Sleeved: Raw cards remain inside protective penny sleeves during viewing at all times.
- Soft Play-Mat Inspection: High-value cards are inspected strictly over clean, soft counter play-mats to prevent contact with hard surfaces.
- Seller Relisting Policy: If you wish to inspect or alter a listed item yourself, it must first be delisted and re-photographed before going back on display.

Monthly Payout Schedule
Payouts for completed sales are processed once per month on the first Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the following calendar month (e.g., May sales are paid out in early June).

PayNow Transfer Channel
Transfers are sent directly via PayNow using the mobile/NRIC details provided in your Item List Excel. A transfer screenshot receipt will be sent to your WhatsApp.

Dispute Window
Sellers must review payouts and raise any discrepancies by the second Wednesday of the payout month. If no dispute is raised, the payout is deemed final and non-contestable.
Important PayNow Notice: Ensure your PayNow details are accurate. Any bank re-transfer fees caused by incorrect details will be deducted from your payout. Unclaimed payouts resulting from invalid details that remain uncorrected after 90 calendar days will be forfeited as administrative fees.
Unsold Inventory & Important Terms
Unsold Items & Early Delisting
Items unsold after 30 days may be requested for collection by the Shop. If a Seller requests to withdraw or delist an item before the 30-day period without a Shop request, an Early Delisting Fee of S$5.00 per item applies prior to release.
Mandatory Pickup & Storage Fees
Upon WhatsApp notice, items must be retrieved within 14 calendar days (proxy collection permitted with prior written notice). Uncollected items past 14 days incur a storage fee of S$1.00/day per item. Items left past 60 calendar days are considered abandoned and become store property.
Authenticity, Title & Counterfeit Zero-Tolerance Policy
Sellers guarantee 100% legal ownership and authenticity. Counterfeit, fake, proxy, re-sealed, or stolen items will be immediately confiscated, assessed an S$10.00 fee per item, lead to a permanent service ban, and may be reported to law enforcement. Sellers assume 100% full legal liability for fake/stolen items.
