⚖️ Full Terms & Conditions – NS2 Launch Promotion

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by ArchWizard Entertainment Pte. Ltd. to reward customers purchasing or trading in for the new Nintendo Switch 2 (NS2). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • This Promotion is open to individual retail customers only. Each customer is eligible to redeem the Promotion once, regardless of the number of NS2 units purchased or collected.

  • Applicable only for in-store purchases made at participating ArchWizard outlets during the official NS2 collection day.

  • NS2 collection day is defined as the date assigned to your order collection, as informed by ArchWizard.

  • To enjoy the maximum promotional discount, customers must be a member of the ArchWizard WhatsApp Group at the time of purchase.

  • Customers found to be using the promotion for resale or commercial purposes may be disqualified at ArchWizard’s sole discretion.

2. Discount Structure

Add-on purchases refer to regular-priced in-store items such as accessories, games, cases, etc. NS2 consoles, bundles, and trade-in items are excluded from this discount. Discount is only valid at the point of NS2 collection and must be redeemed in the same transaction. No partial redemption or future use allowed.

3. Conditions of Use

  • Discount must be claimed during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

  • Each customer is only entitled to one set of discounts per NS2 unit purchased.

  • WhatsApp group membership must be verifiable at time of purchase via the customer's phone.

  • QR code or invitation link may change at any time without notice. Joining after your purchase does not entitle you to retroactive discounts.

4. Trade-In Specific Terms

  • Trade-in units (NS/NS OLED) must meet the minimum functional and physical condition as determined by ArchWizard’s staff on-site.

  • Trade-in values are separate from this promotion and will be assessed independently.

  • If a trade-in is rejected due to condition, the customer may still proceed with purchase but the discount will adjust accordingly (e.g., as a non-trade-in purchase).

5. Exclusions

  • This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, bundles, partner campaigns, or loyalty schemes.

  • Not valid for online purchases of add on purchases, pre-orders, or third-party resellers.

  • Discount is non-transferable, non-deferrable, and has no cash value.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • If any part of the qualifying transaction is returned, refunded, or exchanged, the associated promotional discount may be revoked accordingly.

  • In case of a return or refund of the NS2 purchase, the add-on discount value will be deducted from the refunded amount unless add-ons are also returned in full and in original condition.

7. Promotion Duration

  • Promotion starts immediately and ends on 31 August 2025, unless otherwise extended or terminated by ArchWizard.

  • ArchWizard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. General

  • By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with all terms set out here and any additional rules provided by ArchWizard staff at the point of sale.

  • ArchWizard reserves the right to:

    • Verify customer eligibility,

    • Reject or modify any promotional claim suspected of misuse, fraud, or manipulation,

    • Make final decisions in case of disputes.

  • ArchWizard shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by system errors, mobile data/network issues, or third-party service disruptions.

  • All decisions by ArchWizard regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
