From Concept to Competition – A Full-Service Experience
Before the first whistle blew, our team worked closely with SP Group to turn their event vision into reality. We conducted an on-site survey to understand the venue layout and requirements, then developed a detailed event plan covering every stage of the tournament.
ArchWizard designed the entire visual identity of the event, including key visuals, PS5 controller guides, competition brackets, and event signage. We also structured the tournament rules, grouping system, and game phases, ensuring a smooth and fair competition flow.
Game Day Execution and Support
On the day of the event, ArchWizard supplied all essential gaming equipment, including PlayStation 5 consoles and high-performance TVs. Our team handled the full setup and configuration of all systems before the event’s start.
We opened the tournament with a competition briefing, explaining rules and gameplay etiquette to participants. Throughout the event, our game marshals actively supervised each match, ensuring smooth transitions and fair play between rounds.
Beyond the Final Whistle
After the competition wrapped up, our crew assisted with photo taking and post-event coordination, followed by a thorough tear-down and logistics return of all equipment.
