• This purchase acts as a voucher for VR gameplay at ArchWizard Tengah Arcade.
• Entry can be redeemed at Tengah, Plantation Plaza, #02-16 Plantation Crescent, Singapore 690127. Operating Hours: Daily 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Closed on Wednesdays
• A base 30-minute session is required for entry, valid for one player.
• Add-on 10-minute sessions can only be used together with a base 30-minute session.
• To extend your gameplay beyond the purchased duration, please inform our staff on-site during your visit.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other goods or services, but may be exchanged for other VR game titles of similar duration.
• Players may change games once per session, without affecting total playtime.
• A free 10-minute tutorial is included per game session; tutorials beyond this duration will be counted as playtime.
• Game-changing or setup time will not be deducted from active playtime.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for briefing and equipment setup.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened playtime.
• ArchWizard reserves the right to pause or adjust playtime for safety or technical reasons.
